Saw your guest post and liked it a lot. Personally I like Basecamp Project Management (just wrote a review via the link actually). I have used Zoho, and I don't mind it, but I like basecamp better (plus it's integration with some of the other Apps we use). I do love Zoho's CRM though! I actually like it better than highrise.
