I found myself wondering that same thing not too long ago. And I think it's totally natural. There are always going to be some that think it's the best thing since sliced bread and will swear by it. There are also going to be the nay-sayers who can't or don't see the benefits and then there are those who know it's a good idea and would love the help but either 1. can't/won't give up control, 2. can't get past the hourly rate and 3. just don't understand.
